Required
- Retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Drive to meet personal and team sales targets
- Willingness to perform operational store tasks
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week (3 peak days or 2 peak days plus 2 non-peak days)
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift, push, carry or move items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to wear Rothy's shoes during every shift and follow dress code
