Required
- JD from U.S. accredited law school
- 7–15 years legal practice experience in-house or at firm
- Experience with private venture-backed companies on high-growth trajectory including IPO readiness
- Expertise in IPO readiness, financings, M&A, governance, and employee equity matters
- Ability to navigate legal grey areas while giving clear actionable advice
- Exceptional writing skills
Nice to have
- Experience taking a company public as in-house counsel
- Hands-on corporate or legal experience in the AI space
