Required
- Lift and carry 35–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout shifts
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude working independently and in teams
- Use basic math accurately (counting, addition, subtraction)
- Read labels, tickets, and product documentation accurately
- Operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal training
- Speak, understand, and read English at a level sufficient to follow safety policies and instructions
