- 4+ years of relevant work experience with a relevant PhD, or 6+ years with a relevant Master's degree
- Proven track record solving complex business problems with data science and machine learning
- Strong communication skills with senior management and stakeholders
- End-to-end data science development capability: planning, success criteria, solution development, and delivery
- Strong practical machine learning and statistics knowledge
- Willingness to develop deep domain expertise in fraud and financial risk
- Experience writing production code and tests
- Detail-oriented and able to inform critical business decisions
- Legal authorization and current residence in the United States
