- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years experience, or 5+ years experience in Sourcing/Purchasing/Supplier Relationship Management without a degree
- Proven track record negotiating contracts, reducing costs, and improving supplier performance
- Ability to travel up to 25% including limited international travel
- U.S. citizenship, legal permanent resident status, protected person status, or U.S. Government export authorization
Nice to have
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with Metals commodities and knowledge of the Metals market
- Experience building and maintaining supplier relationships
- Ability to adapt, think critically, and problem-solve under pressure
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
