- 2–4 years of consulting experience at Big4 or equivalent top-tier firm in Strategy or Operations
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity analysis
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems as testable hypotheses
- Comfortable working independently in remote settings with ambiguity
