  • 12+ years of technical program or project management experience
  • 5+ years in people-leadership managing program managers
  • Experience leading new product introduction or development programs in hardware, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or complex electromechanical products
  • Track record building or scaling a PMO/SPMO in a growing organization
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite audiences
  • Deep knowledge of program management methodology and tools
  • Cross-functional partnership experience with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, humanoid robotics, or advanced automation
  • Experience scaling hardware and integrated software products from pilot to volume manufacturing
  • Familiarity with modern program management tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
  • MBA or technical master's degree
