- Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year flight attendant experience
- Minimum two years managing people
- Minimum one year managing in union environment
- Valid unexpired passport book
- Valid unexpired driver's license
- Pass Allegiant Flight Attendant Training and maintain currency
- Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Authorized to work in US
- Pass criminal background check
