Required
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience
- 3–4+ years as a Systems Analyst
- Experience supporting publishing, preprint, and print workflows
- Proficiency in virtual server environments and firewall/security
- Core IT knowledge: networking, DNS, IP addressing, GPO, database fundamentals
- Ability to bridge user needs and technical implementation
- Understanding of complete application stacks for troubleshooting
- Experience integrating complex systems and resolving protocol, firewall, and permissions issues
Nice to have
- Experience working in printing plants and knowledge of printing processes
- Experience building and maintaining documentation for complex legacy and modern systems
- Windows user support and/or Windows Server admin experience
