Required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 3+ years distribution center experience
- 1+ year management or people leadership experience
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate teams
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs
- Ability to walk warehouse floor and stand for extended periods up to 12 hours
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- English proficiency (speaking and understanding)
