What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years progressive enterprise physical security experience
- Experience securing IP-dense, export-controlled, or restricted manufacturing facilities
- Operational knowledge of electronic access control systems, CCTV platforms, and incident command frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional) certification
- Direct experience supporting ITAR/EAR or classified programs
- Familiarity with EH&S management systems, CAPA methodologies, and regulatory audit processes
- Experience in multi-site or program-centric aerospace organizations
- Military or government physical security credentials
