Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technology field (completed or in-progress)
Extensive professional software development experience
Ability to architect and develop highly scalable and resilient applications
Write clean, scalable code in Java, NodeJS, TypeScript, React, Python or similar modern languages
Coach and mentor other developers on coding and testing best practices
Experience writing unit and integration automated tests
DevOps mindset with extended continuous delivery and observability experience
Knowledge of Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EC2, AMIs, EKS, DynamoDB)
Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases
Strong English communication skills and comfort collaborating internationally
End-to-end feature development and implementation across global deployments

Nice to have

Experience with TDD or BDD
Experience with C# and ASP.NET
Hands-on experience with cloud native solutions
FedRAMP, PCI, SOC1, SOC2 compliance knowledge
