- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 8+ years of mechanical design and/or verification experience
- Full cycle mechanical design experience from concept to production
- Experience designing liquid cooling systems, thermal management solutions, and heat exchangers
- Strong thermal design and analysis skills including heat transfer and fluid flow
- Experience leading complex product development programs
- People management experience
- 3D CAD proficiency
- Finite Element Analysis experience
- Understanding of manufacturing principles and tolerances
