What they ask for
Required
- End-to-end ownership of at least two finance integration or entity setup projects
- Accounting fluency in close calendar, chart of accounts, intercompany, statutory reporting, and deal structures
- Program-management experience scoping ambiguous work and managing parallel workstreams
- ERP system experience in acquisition and migration context
- Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, People, Corporate Development, and Finance
- Ability to operate under deal-environment time pressure and manage confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- 10+ years in finance, accounting, or finance operations with 3+ years running cross-functional programs at a high-growth tech company focused on M&A or legal entity programs
- Built or significantly contributed to a finance integration playbook or template library from scratch
- International entity experience including new-jurisdiction setup, statutory audit, local GAAP, and transfer pricing
- Experience with standalone-subsidiary integration models, consolidation bridges, and equity-method investments
- Active user of AI tools in own workflow
- CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
- Genuine interest in AI safety and alignment with Anthropic's mission
