What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems including electrical, mechanical, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Experience performing field inspections, punch walks, and deficiency tracking
- Experience supporting commissioning readiness or system turnover
- Comfortable in fast-paced, field-driven construction environments
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined documentation practices
- Clear communication with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Analytical ability to use quality data and defect trends for process improvement
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving in the field
- Full-time on-site availability in Amarillo, TX
Nice to have
- Data center or hyperscale construction experience
- Experience in complex environments such as healthcare, semiconductor, or industrial infrastructure
- Direct work with commissioning teams
- Proficiency with Procore, BIM360, Autodesk Build, or Bluebeam
- Certifications such as CQM, CQI, PMP, or ASQ
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, or integrated system testing documentation
