What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years of construction QA/QC, quality engineering, field engineering, commissioning support, or related roles
- Strong understanding of MEP systems including electrical distribution, mechanical/cooling systems, and controls
- Experience performing or supporting field inspections, punch walks, NCRs, and deficiency tracking
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, submittals, and technical documentation
- Experience supporting commissioning readiness, system turnover, or closeout documentation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced field-driven construction environments
- Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to documentation and follow-through
- Clear communication with construction teams, subcontractors, inspectors, and commissioning teams
- Analytical mindset to use quality data and defect trends to improve execution
- Full-time on-site presence in Amarillo, TX
Nice to have
- Data center or hyperscale construction experience
- Experience in healthcare, semiconductor, refinery, central plants, power, or industrial infrastructure projects
- Direct experience working with commissioning teams
- Familiarity with Procore, BIM360, Autodesk Build, or Bluebeam
- Relevant certifications such as CQM, CQI, PMP, or ASQ
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, or integrated system testing documentation
