What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant work experience
- 2+ years in Platform, SRE, or Production Engineering for high-availability systems
- 2+ years with CI-CD tooling at scale
- 2+ years with observability tools at scale
- 2+ years supporting relational and non-relational databases
- Linux or Windows system experience
- Basic YAML, JSON, HTML, XML knowledge
- Programming or scripting in at least 3 languages from: Python, Java, Go, PowerShell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Chef, CloudFormation
- On-call coverage including 24/7-365 shifts and weekends
Nice to have
- IT, CS, or related field degree
- Experience with AI-enabled tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot
- Container infrastructure management experience
- Distributed container platform management
- Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware, OpenShift Virtualization)
