This is a relationship banking role where you'll work across multiple branch locations in the Reno-Sparks area, building client relationships and helping customers find deposit and loan solutions that fit their financial goals. What they ask for
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of retail banking experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
- Ability to travel to multiple branch locations within assigned district
- Ability to drive 2+ hours per week
Nice to have
- Proven track record of building client relationships through proactive outreach
- Advanced knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Experience with sales campaigns and promotions
- Experience demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
- Ability to identify customer needs with a digital-first mindset
- Financial services industry experience
