What they ask for

Required

  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or similar quantitative field
  • 5–10 years of quantitative role experience in asset management
  • Minimum 2 years with private markets investment processes and portfolios
  • Strong programming in Python, R, SQL, and/or C++
  • Understanding of investment management concepts including portfolio theory, asset allocation, and performance measurement
  • Ability to communicate technical methodologies to non-technical audiences

Nice to have

  • CFA charterholder
  • Background in quantitative finance or financial engineering
  • Exposure to portfolio analytics, forecasting, and risk management modeling
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI workflows
  • Experience with private investment vehicles
  • Experience managing support staff
