- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in aerospace and/or construction industry
- Field engineering and project management experience
- Experience with design documentation, construction drawings, bid solicitation, and contractor selection
- Construction management and field supervision experience
- Permitting, QA/QC, and safety expertise
- Project scoping, budgeting, and scheduling experience
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, and MEPF design and construction
- Understanding of standard construction procedures and best practices
- Proficiency with CAD software like NX or AutoCAD
- Development permitting and local government coordination experience
- Ability to obtain US government background clearance for Stennis Space Center access
