What they ask for
Required
- 9-13 years of post-qualification experience
- 7 years of consulting experience in large-scale supply chain control tower implementations
- 5+ project lifecycles with control tower methodology and solution implementation
- Experience in control tower solution design, integration and technical architecture, or business case and roadmap development
- Hands-on experience with ERP suites (SAP, Oracle, JDE) and planning solutions (JDA, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, E2Open, OMP, SAB IBP, SAP APO)
- Domain knowledge in supply chain planning, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
- Platform implementation methodology knowledge
- Data understanding and KPI mapping capabilities
- Team management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to solve complex business problems
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management from a Tier-1 college
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with strong academic record
- Cross-cultural competence
