- M.Sc. in life sciences or related field with 8+ years NGS product development experience, or Ph.D. with 5+ years NGS product development
- Wet-lab experience preparing nucleic acids for NGS
- Dry-lab programming for NGS data analysis
- Knowledge of human genetics, cancer biology, and statistics
- Industry experience developing NGS products with software components
- Ability to develop bioinformatics workflows for NGS assays for non-technical users
- Ability to work in laboratory environment for extended periods
