Required
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or Physics
- Recent graduate or early-career engineer
- Hands-on engineering project experience from internships, research labs, or academic programs
- Ability to work on-site at Midland, Texas facility
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Nice to have
- Experience with mechanical assemblies, electromechanical systems, or wiring harnesses
- Exposure to aerospace manufacturing or spacecraft systems
- Experience with bonding, adhesives, or precision assembly processes
- Participation in engineering project teams, robotics competitions, or hardware research
- Experience with electronics or robotics
