What they ask for
Required
- 8+ years in silicon/SoC program management or equivalent
- Direct ownership of at least one chip program through tapeout and production
- Working technical fluency across front-end, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, and packaging
- Experience managing external silicon partners (ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundry, OSAT)
- Demonstrated ability to build program mechanisms from scratch
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to operate with high autonomy on dynamic programs
Nice to have
- Experience on ML accelerators or high-performance compute SoCs at advanced process nodes
- Experience leading first-generation or early silicon programs
- Exposure to both partner-executed and in-house programs
- Prior hands-on engineering background in silicon domains
- Familiarity with chip-package-system integration and co-design
- Hardware-software co-design program experience
- Practical experience using AI tools in workflows
- BS/MS in EE, CE, CS, or related field
