- BS or MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Computer Science
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Eligible to work in US without sponsorship
- Scripting experience in Python, VBA, or equivalent
- Understanding of statistical methods
- Knowledge of Change Point Management
- Understanding of Lean, TPS, or 5S principles
- Structure problem solving methodology (8D, 7-step, or similar)
- Data analysis software experience (Spotfire, JMP, Matlab, or similar)
- Equipment or process troubleshooting experience
- Able to wear cleanroom suit and PPE per protocol
- Able to lift less than 35 lbs
- Able to work in tight-fitting fab environment
- Able to sit at computer terminal for extended periods
- Vision adequate for exposure to yellow and blinking lights
- Able to discern audible alarms
- Capable of working with materials containing hazardous chemicals
- Able to support shift duties in 24x7 manufacturing environment
