Required

  • 5+ years hands-on applied data science delivering business impact
  • Digital marketing, performance marketing, or leadgen industry experience
  • Building adtech algorithms for user acquisition or paid media modeling
  • Strong modeling fundamentals with proven business impact
  • Multi-year hands-on ML solution building and deployment in AWS cloud
  • Experience with multi-armed bandits, reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, funnel optimization, and LTV modeling
  • Expert proficiency in Python and SQL

  • Creative embeddings work (creatives, videos, headlines in paid media models)
  • Insurance domain experience
  • State-of-the-art Ad Ranking algorithm development

  • Familiarity with Looker
