- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reside within 30 minutes of reporting location
- Customer service experience
- Able to climb utility poles and work at heights
- Able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs over 50 feet
- Available for weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call work
Nice to have
- Fiber or telecom industry experience
