- 8+ years in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or related domain with significant people leadership
- 4+ years managing a team of fraud analysts
- Success leading operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows and measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of fraud patterns, typologies, and prevention strategies
- Ability to design and improve processes, operating models, and quality systems
- Experience developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams
