- 8+ years automotive hardware design, release engineering, or vehicle integration experience
- Direct experience managing complex OEM or Tier-1 vehicle programs
- Multi-disciplinary engineering and cross-functional milestone tracking
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering
- Deep understanding of vehicle architectures and electrical/mechanical packaging constraints
- Knowledge of automotive documentation, validation, and quality standards
- Experience with CAD systems, PLM systems, and engineering release workflows
- Understanding of vehicle integration, packaging, assembly, and functional safety standards
- Ability to lead complex initiatives and manage stakeholders with minimal oversight
