What they ask for
Required
- 5+ years of experience in AI or related field
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing prompt chains and iterative prompt refinement
- Hands-on experience building agentic workflows with task routing and orchestration
- Ability to design AI agents with tool use, API integrations, and state management
- Experience with RAG-based agent systems including multi-agent RAG implementations
- Knowledge of AI agent evaluation, testing, debugging, and performance improvement
- Understanding of multi-agent system design and coordination
- Ability to explain complex Agentic AI concepts through instruction and demos
- Passion for mentoring and helping others learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
