What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 7+ years flight test program experience as flight test engineer, test conductor, or test director
- 7+ years with flight test principles or direct flight test operations support
- Experience supporting military flight test programs
- 50+ missions as Test Conductor or Test Director in control room
- Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- U.S. Person as defined by export control requirements
- Willing to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Nice to have
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (active in past 24 months)
- Experience authoring test plans and cards for USAF or USN flight test programs
- Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
- Experience managing test article configuration changes on military fighter aircraft programs
