  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering with 12+ years experience, or Master's degree in same field with 10+ years experience
  • Experience with at least one DDR/LPDDR and/or HBM SI/PI sign-off tool suite
  • Mask-based timing signoff using time-domain simulations
  • Electromagnetic extraction and modeling of signal and power delivery channels
  • AC and transient analysis of Power Distribution Networks
  • IO channel analysis
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple concurrent customers
  • Experience with various IC, Package and PCB database types

Nice to have

  • TCL and Python scripting experience to automate tasks
  • Experience automating sign-off processes
  • Experience working with EDA suppliers
  • Ability to provide guidance with incomplete information
