Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering with 12+ years experience, or Master's degree in same field with 10+ years experience
- Experience with at least one DDR/LPDDR and/or HBM SI/PI sign-off tool suite
- Mask-based timing signoff using time-domain simulations
- Electromagnetic extraction and modeling of signal and power delivery channels
- AC and transient analysis of Power Distribution Networks
- IO channel analysis
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple concurrent customers
- Experience with various IC, Package and PCB database types
Nice to have
- TCL and Python scripting experience to automate tasks
- Experience automating sign-off processes
- Experience working with EDA suppliers
- Ability to provide guidance with incomplete information
