Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar technical field
- 5+ years in fast-paced product design cycles
- 5+ years designing electronics hardware from concept through production
- Hands-on hardware design, build, and test experience from scratch
- Experience building and managing engineering teams
- Clear communication across disciplines
- Strong analog and mixed-signal circuit design skills
- US Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status
Nice to have
- 5+ years with signal conditioning, sensors, electro-mechanical actuators, power switches, or embedded computers
- FPGA and microcontroller experience
- RS-485, SPI, Ethernet, or I2C experience
- Proficiency in C, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of radiation effects
