What they ask for
Required
- B.S. in Engineering or related technical field
- 5 years of space mission experience
- Demonstrated leadership roles
- Hands-on hardware experience
- Experience in multiple areas: liquid propellant rockets, propulsion systems, avionics/electronics, software engineering, embedded systems, systems engineering, integration and test, verification and validation, or configuration management
- Technical lead experience across full lifecycle from design through operations
Nice to have
- Experience developing liquid propellant rocket propulsion from feasibility through flight and operations
- Knowledge of system manufacturing and V&V plans for propulsion
- AS9100 or ISO9000 environment experience
- Agile environment and tools experience (Confluence, Jira)
- Requirements management tools (Jama)
- Familiarity with 14 CFR Part 450, AFSPCMAN 91-710, or ARP4761
- Structural engineering familiarity
- System V&V planning knowledge
- Reliability engineering and analysis knowledge
- Range safety compliance knowledge
