- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CSPT) certification

- Ability to operate sterilization and HLD equipment per manufacturer specs
- Understanding of decontamination and standard precautions
- Ability to assemble instrument trays independently
