Required
- 4+ years professional Go experience in production
- 2+ years working on authentication systems at scale
- Strong relational database experience (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
Nice to have
- Strong TypeScript knowledge alongside Go
- Web technology fundamentals (cookies, sessions, JWT, HTTP, browser APIs)
- Deep authentication security knowledge (passwords, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, cryptography)
- Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks and traditional web frameworks
- Good technical writing skills for RFC process
- Hands-on experience building and operating services at scale
- Systems-level understanding in Go (memory management, concurrency, optimization)
