- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated leadership
- Manufacturing process design and improvement experience
- Experience reading fabrication drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs
- Familiarity with sourcing, purchasing, and production management
- Experience with ERP software, SolidWorks, and standard productivity software
- Ability to lead across multiple sites with geographically dispersed teams
- Drug and alcohol program participation (safety-sensitive position)
Nice to have
- Prior lead or supervisory role experience
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB) certifications
- Advanced expertise in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
