Required

6+ years of design engineering experience with contract document development for physical security or low-voltage systems
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Core expertise in access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, intercommunications, radio, and network systems
Ability to author specifications, drawings, and equipment schedules
Strong understanding of A/E deliverables and phases (SD/DD/CD, RIBA Stages)
Knowledge of CSI-format specifications and submittal processes
Experience developing internal tools, web applications, BIM add-ins, or scripting/automation
Detail-oriented technical writing and critical thinking skills
Comfortable working in active construction environments and with global travel

Nice to have

CDT, PSP, or CPP certification
Familiarity with Revit API, BIM workflows, and version control
Familiarity with Apple OS, Google Suite, and modern AI-assisted development tools
Experience with Bluebeam, Revit/AutoCAD, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, Procore, PlanGrid, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
