Required

  • Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minnesota bar admission required within 12 months or eligible for in-house registration
  • At least 3 years at a large law firm or in-house legal department of a public company
  • Experience with public company governance and corporate law
  • Strong project management and communication skills
