What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on RF subsystem testing in aerospace, defense, or satellite manufacturing
- Ground station compatibility testing experience
- Satellite In-Orbit Testing support experience
- Knowledge of RF metrology equipment operation
- RF test campaign execution including thermal vacuum, vibration, and EMI/EMC testing
- Ability to work in cleanroom environments under ESD and FOD protocols
- On-site position at Midland, Texas facility
