- 2+ years material planning, demand planning, or fulfillment planning experience in manufacturing or aerospace
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and other teams
- Understanding of MRP systems and how they function in ERP platforms like Infor LN, SAP, or Oracle
- Experience creating and managing demand forecasts
- BOM reconciliation familiarity
