Required
- 4+ years in mechanical manufacturing as supplier development or equivalent engineer
- 2+ years focused on brittle materials (ceramic, sapphire crystal, glass)
- Experience driving global suppliers through brittle-material manufacturing NPI to mass production
- Hands-on knowledge of ceramic, sapphire, and glass manufacturing processes including CIM, sintering, grinding, polishing, edge chamfering, laser processing, and coating adhesion
- Understanding of brittle fracture mechanics and strength/reliability testing methods
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of the time
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with clear communication to leadership and cross-functional partners
Nice to have
- Direct experience with ceramics, sapphire crystal, or glass on highly cosmetic parts
- Experience with health wearable devices
