Required
- Systems engineering experience building reliable distributed systems
- Strong Python proficiency and ability to own large production codebases
- Product instinct and track record of shipping
- Experience working with or understanding LLMs and agent systems
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field from a highly selective program
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a frontier AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools company
- Deep familiarity with how LLMs work and agent failure modes
- Experience with sandboxed code execution environments
- Competitive programming background
