Required
- 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect, developer advocate or similar role
- Currently ship code and regularly teach engineering audiences
- Demonstrated experience with live large audience presentations
- Ability to discuss complex technical topics fluidly with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience deploying software systems that others depend on
Nice to have
- Depth in enterprise identity and security (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Experience running Claude on Amazon Bedrock or Google Cloud Vertex AI
- Background in regulated industries or systems-integrator partnerships
- Public record of technical teaching (talks, courses, videos, or writing)
