What they ask for
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years PCB/PCBA fabrication facility experience
- 3+ years in supplier quality, manufacturing, or design
- Board assembly process and equipment knowledge
- Leadership of DFX reviews
- Onsite 5 days per week
- IPC-610 certification or equivalent familiarity
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years PCBA/PCB supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering experience
- 5+ years with industry standard PLM and DFX systems (Mentor/Valor preferred)
- Design and Process FMEA experience
- Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB, PCBA, and RFPC fabrication, assembly, and test
- Experience with polymeric applications including conformal coating, staking, and underfill
