Required

  • SOX 404 readiness experience at a pre-IPO or public company
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Hands-on design and implementation of revenue and order-to-cash controls
  • Business-side leadership on revenue system implementations and migrations
  • Deep understanding of ASC 606 and contract-to-revenue mechanics
  • Experience with consumption and subscription revenue models at scale
  • Ability to influence across functions without direct authority
  • Strong written and verbal communication for auditors, leadership, and operations teams

Nice to have

  • 15+ years in internal controls, revenue operations, or finance transformation
  • CPA, CIA, or comparable certification
  • Big 4 audit or risk advisory background
  • Hands-on experience with major ERPs and revenue platforms
  • Knowledge of third-party marketplace billing (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • SOX or GRC tooling experience
  • SQL proficiency and ability to query revenue data directly
  • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training
  • Interest in AI and automation for revenue operations and control monitoring
