8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Computer system and firmware architecture expertise for server products
Experience with CPLD or FPGA design and RTL
End-to-end delivery of enterprise server products from definition to deployment
Understanding of low-level interfaces: I2C, SPI, PCIe, JTAG, system boot, PCIe enumeration
Experience working with hardware teams, ODMs, and vendors
C/C++ development and bash/python scripting
Hands-on debugging skills in embedded Linux
Experience with QEMU and emulation tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience with early design and power-on debug
Proven track record leading through challenging issues in fast-paced environments
Experience accelerating design and debug with AI tools
