Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience
- Competency in adult, pediatric, and infant phlebotomy techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines
- Computer and data entry skills
- Ability to perform all testing at satellite locations
Nice to have
- Phlebotomy Technician Certification through NHA
- CLA Certificate
- Drug screen collection experience
