What they ask for
Required
- 2+ years inspection experience in aerospace, military, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of nonconforming hardware control and corrective/preventive action processes
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings and CAD models
- Experience with manual metrology gauges (micrometer, calipers, height gauge, go/no-go gauges)
- Experience using a microscope to identify and photograph defects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Nice to have
- Associate degree or higher in quality, engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality management systems
- IPC-600, 610, or 620 certification
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing training
