Required
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline (or 12+ years experience with MS/PhD, or 14+ years with BA/BS)
- Senior leadership experience managing technical organizations
- Expertise in phase-appropriate control strategy and analytical method development
- Knowledge of cGMP, data integrity, and global regulatory requirements
- Experience supporting US and international regulatory filings
- Small molecule analytical development across product lifecycle
- Chromatography expertise (HPLC/UPLC)
- Mass spectrometry expertise
- Impurity methods, stability, comparability, and method validation experience
