What they ask for
Required
- 6+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or founding/product engineering roles
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience designing agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows and orchestration
- Comfort working directly with customers on POCs and technical evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developer audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Nice to have
- Production deployment experience with AI agents, particularly using LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and Kubernetes
- Track record of shipping and operating production software under real-world constraints
